Enrollment Opportunities

Early Bird Drop Off

Early Bird Drop Off is available for 3 year olds and 4 year olds, 5 days a week from 7:00-9:00.

To register your child for our enrollment opportunities, please contact our Director by calling the office at 315-458-2669, option 2 or by email at ecc@nmpres.org.

Pre-K Three Year Old Classes

The Pre-K 3 program is available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. 

  • 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM

Please note: If your child attends any Pre-K 3 program across the county, they are not guaranteed a spot in the EPK/UPK programs offered by Liverpool Central School District, or Cicero-North Syracuse Central School District. 

 

Clarification from the district website: To ensure all families have an equal opportunity for the EPK/UPK program, there will be a lottery drawing for acceptance. Enrollment in the EPK/UPK program is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. If the UPK program fills up before all names are pulled from the lottery, the remaining students will be placed on a waitlist and parents will be notified if a spot becomes available.

We currently are in Open Enrollment for our 2024-2025 Pre-K 3 Program.  Please contact our Director at ecc@nmpres.org for more information on the program.

Pre-K Four Year Old Classes

The Pre-K 4 program is available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Available options include:​

  • 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM, partnered with the Liverpool Central School District through Expanded Pre-Kindergarten 

and partnered with the North Syracuse Central School District through Universal Pre-Kindergarten

There is currently a waitlist through the Liverpool Central School District, and North Syracuse Central School District for our EPK and UPK spots for the 2023 - 2024 school year.  Please contact your specific district to get on the waitlist. 


Please note: We do not have any private pay Pre-K 4 spots.  

 

Before Care

Before Care is available for all Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 children 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. 

  • 7:30 AM 

We are currently accepting enrollment for our Before Care Program for the 2023-2024 school year. .Please contact our Director at ecc@nmpres.org

After Care

After Care is available for all Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 children 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

  • 3:15 PM - 5:30 PM

We are currently accepting enrollment for our Extended Care Program for the 2023-2024 school year. .Please contact our Director at ecc@nmpres.org

Northminster Early Childhood Center has been a provider of North Syracuse Central School District's Universal Pre-K program since 2010 and a provider for Liverpool Central School District's Expanded Pre-K program since January 2018.

​

If you reside in the North Syracuse Central School District, your child may be eligible for the Universal Pre-K Programs we offer. For more information, please click HERE.

 

If you live in the Liverpool Central School District, your child may be eligible for the Expanded Pre-K programs that we offer. For more information, please click HERE.

Enrollment is limited and based on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to cancel and/or combine one or more classes if enrollment is insufficient.

 

All children entering our programs are strongly encouraged to be toilet trained.
