About
Northminster Early Childhood Center is a non-profit Early Childhood program serving the various childcare and preschool needs of families in the North Syracuse, Liverpool, and surrounding areas. Since its founding in the 1960's, Northminster Early Childhood Center has been in continuous operation as a mission of the Northminster Presbyterian Church.
Northminster Early Childhood Center is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Northminster has been a provider of North Syracuse Central School District's Universal Pre-K program since 2010 and a provider for Liverpool Central School District's Expanded Pre-K program since January 2018.
Purpose
Northminster provides a safe and healthy environment for children to enjoy supervised play, developmentally appropriate learning activities, creative art projects, and socialization with peers. We recognize the importance of each child's school experience, and thrive to promote his or her physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development.
