Enrollment Opportunities

Preschool Classes

The Preschool program is available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. 

• 9:20 AM - 3:20 PM

Please note: If your child attends any Pre-K 3 program across the county, they are not guaranteed a spot in the EPK/UPK programs offered by Liverpool Central School District, or Cicero-North Syracuse Central School District. 

 

Clarification from the district website: To ensure all families have an equal opportunity for the EPK/UPK program, there will be a lottery drawing for acceptance. Enrollment in the EPK/UPK program is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. If the UPK program fills up before all names are pulled from the lottery, the remaining students will be placed on a waitlist and parents will be notified if a spot becomes available.

We currently are in Open Enrollment for our 2024-2025 Pre-K 3 Program.  Please contact our Director at ecc@nmpres.org for more information on the program.

EPK/UPK Pre-K Year Old Classes

The EPK/UPK Pre-K program is available 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Available options include:​

• 9:20 AM - 3:20 PM, partnered with the Liverpool Central School District through Expanded Pre-Kindergarten 

and partnered with the North Syracuse Central School District through Universal Pre-Kindergarten

There is currently a waitlist through the Liverpool Central School District and  North Syracuse Central School District for our UPK program.  For spots for the 2025 - 2026 school year please contact your specific district to get on the waitlist. 

Please note: We do not have any private pay Pre-K spots.  Our UPK spots are only for district students of Liverpool Central School District, as well as the North Syracuse Central School District.  

 

Before Care

Before Care is available for all Preschool and Pre-K children 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. 

• 7:30 AM 

Our Before Care Program for the 2025-2026 school year has openings. Please contact our Director at ecc@nmpres.org for more information.

After Care

After Care is available for all Preschool and Pre-K children 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

• 3:20 PM - 5:30 PM

Our After Care Program for the 2025-2026 school year has openings. Please contact our Director at ecc@nmpres.org for more information.

Northminster Early Childhood Center has been a provider of North Syracuse Central School District's Universal Pre-K program since 2010 and a provider for Liverpool Central School District's Expanded Pre-K program since January 2018.

​

If you reside in the North Syracuse Central School District, your child may be eligible for the Universal Pre-K Programs we offer. For more information, please click HERE.

 

If you live in the Liverpool Central School District, your child may be eligible for the Expanded Pre-K programs that we offer. For more information, please click HERE.

Enrollment is limited and based on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to cancel and/or combine one or more classes if enrollment is insufficient.

 

All children entering our programs are strongly encouraged to be toilet trained.
